Parade Guidelines and Entry Form











All participants are asked to read our guidelines. The  Norco Civic Association Christmas Parade is a family event. Please help us keep it that way!

The deadline to enter is November 10 -- NO EXCEPTIONS

  • All participants must submit an entry form and the $50 entry fee
  • High school bands and antique cars do not have to pay an entry fee
  • All participants are STRONGLY encouraged to incorporate the theme and/or Christmas in float decorations, costumes and music selection.
  • Dance group costumes must be tasteful and Christmas themed. Please submit a photo or sketch of your costume with your entry form.
  • Music must be CLEAN and Christmas-y (ABSOLUTELY NO PROFANITY ALLOWED). You must submit a playlist before your application is accepted.
  • Only ONE vehicle  is permitted to follow marchers/dancers in the parade (Truck with Trailer will be permitted)
  • Pageant queens must provide their own car/truck/convertible and signs/placards
  • ALL VEHICLES MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE
  • Horse groups must provide a pooper scooper and a scooper to scoop the poop
  • No DJs are allowed on the parade route
  • Participants will be given a number for lining up on parade day. You will receive detailed instructions.
